TERMS OF SERVICE

By completing and submitting the order form above you are consenting to be bound by and are becoming a party to the following agreement:

1. Order Instructions.
   The completed order form above contains the instructions that will be followed by our writers to complete your project. We guarantee that your instructions will be reasonably followed, otherwise we will have the work rewritten free of charge on a rush basis. Please note that you are not allowed to alter the instructions or add any new requirements, if the project is already in progress. If you want to modify the initial requirements, you will need to track the status of your order in real-time via our on-line Customer Service Center and, if the order is not assigned to a writer, contact our Support Center 24/7 to authorize any changes.
2. Privacy.
   All your personal/contact details as well as your order related information will be encrypted and securely stored in our database for the purposes of rendering the service, internal sales tracking and management. It will not be shared with any third party without your explicit authorization. By the same token, your order will never be resold, redistributed or used to produce another paper for another client without your prior explicit authorization.
3. Format specifications.
   The paper will be typed in Microsoft Word and for compatibility reasons will be saved as a Rich Text Format file which is fully editable and printable with most word processors on PC and Mac computers. To comply with the guidelines of various academic styles, the following text formatting is used: 12 point Times New Roman font, double-spaced with 1 inch margins on all 4 sides.
4. Delivery.
   The file will be automatically sent by our system at the e-mail addresses specified in the order form. You will also be able to download the file directly off our server via our on-line Customer Service Center. If you accidentally delete the file, you will be able to access the back-up copy which will be securely stored on our server for your private needs. We guarantee that you will be the only person to have access to the file and that it will not be shared with any third party without your explicit authorization. We will not be responsible for any delays which are caused by technical failures (e-mail server, internet service provider, hardware/software problems, computer viruses) on the part of the client.
5. Use of content.
   The project completed by our writers represents an original work that is intended for further study and can only be used as a model for your own writing efforts. You are encouraged to use our writing with proper citation. Since the completed work will be your exclusive private property, we shall accept no responsibility for any academic disciplinary action resulting from cheating or making any other illicit use of that work.
6. Revisions and rewrites.
   We guarantee to deliver a paper that will reasonably match the instructions specified in the order form above. The content will be free of plagiarism; any use of outside sources will be properly documented using the specified citation style. In case our research proves to be inadequate in terms of meeting the requirements, we will revise the work on a rush basis free of cost.
7. Cancellation policy.
   You can cancel any unpaid order at any time. For paid orders, cancellation can be requested up until the order is assigned to a writer. The order cannot be cancelled after the labor has commenced. We reserve the right to cancel any paid order at our own discretion. In that case the customer shall be notified prior to the due date and entitled to a full refund.
8. Refund policy.
   Our services are not tangible items and cannot be returned. However, if you do not like the content of the paper or the style of writing, and your personal writer failed to revise/re-write your project to your specifications you are free to request a partial or full refund.
